The Family Service Agency (FSA), through the HART Center program provides the following services. An emergency shelter for children and youth 11-17 who have runaway, are homeless or in crisis. The HART Center is open 24 hours per day and children and youth may walk in at any time for services.
FSA also offers a Homeless Assistance program through the HART Center. The program can provide housing vouchers, eviction prevention, and assistance with first months rent for families and youth over 18 years who are homeless. This assistance program is based on availability of funding and is time limited.
