INFORMATION & REFERRALS
We inform and refer clients and caseworkers to other programs and give extensive informational sheets to everyone.
EMERGENCY CASEWORK
In special cases where a client is particularly at risk, we provide emergency casework and also advocate directly to and work directly with other agencies as needed.
LOCATION & HOURS
We are centrally located in downtown Redding and our Emergency Assistance Program is open every week day from 10:00 to 1:00. Though we are closed for services in the afternoon and on Saturday, we do not turn anyone away if it is a hardship for them to return and they need immediate assistance.
